The advantages of the apartment are to have the sea to 10 yards away, and then, beachs, boat rental, restaurants, bars and shops all in a radius of 30 yards, and finally only 100 yards away there is the pier that allows you to reach by ferry or hydrofoil all the top tourist destinations as the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Naples, Sorrento and Salerno, enjoying the journey in peace without having to drive in the summer traffic, or worse yet, use the bus, and finally enjoy a vacation in peace.

On the facade of Villa Costanzo,
the town hall of Positano has exposed a ceramic tile in memory of Jhon Steinbeck, to testify that he has lived in that house from 1953 to 1961.
During this period he wrote a wonderful article (Positano) on the 'Harper's Bazaar "promoting this charming place in the world.
In the apartment there is still a couch used from Jhon Steinbeck for rest.
